La Vega High School

Track: Good job to our boys and girls at the George Dixon Relays last Friday, March 18. Thank you to all the coaches, teachers, parents, and especially the students who volunteered to help at the meet. We couldn't have done it without you! The next track meet (The Eagle Relays) will be held at Lexington on Thursday, March 24.

Soccer: Congrats to the Boys and Girls soccer teams for making playoffs! The Girls will have their first playoff game against Lorena on Friday, March 25. The game will be held at the La Vega Field; so come out and support our team!

Powerlifting: Good luck Tyrell Irby and Jordan Taylor! We are so proud of them, they will both be competing at State Finals on Saturday, March 26, in Abilene.  

Donkey Basketball: The La Vega Crimestoppers and Jr. Police Academy will be hosting a Donkey Basketball game on April 1 at 6:00 P.M. Tickets are on sale right now for $6.00, or can be bought at the gate for $8.00. The money raised will go to the La Vega Crimestoppers and Jr. Police Academy.

Prom: April 9th at the Waco Convention Center in Downtown Waco

Graduation: June 2nd at the H.O.T. Colosseum near Waco High School
